, booking a class, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may publish. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Tactics Matter, LLC offers firearm safety training, self-defense instruction, and related educational services. All services are provided as-is and subject to availability.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register for most firearm training classes.

• For youth classes, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and may be required to attend.

• You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and use.•

4. Safety & Conduct

Safety is our top priority. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by Tactics Matter instructors.

• Handle firearms responsibly and only in designated areas.

• Refrain from reckless or unsafe behavior.

• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.

Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate removal from class without refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment is required to reserve your spot in a class and must be complete 72 hours before class start time.

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule. Reschedules must be done within 60 days of the original class.

• No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit payment.

• Tactics Matter, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to safety, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in firearm or self-defense training, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Firearm use carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.

• Tactics Matter, LLC, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in training, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All participants may be required to sign a separate Liability Waiver before class.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, logos, images, and content on our website are the property of Tactics Matter, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for:

• Any unlawful purpose.

• Attempting to interfere with the security or proper functioning of our site.

• Harassing or harming others.

9. Modifications to Terms

Tactics Matter, LLC may update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
